OUR MISSION IS TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR INNER VOICE
Lynne brings a broad business and leadership background to her coaching practice, from her career at start-ups and multinational organisations in the technology sector. Most recently, she spent 12 years at Oracle Corp. (S&P 100) in Alliance & Channels in the ECEMEA region and latterly, in Customer Success for EMEA.
Combining extensive international management experience, with a passion for individual growth, Lynne believes that each person can achieve their full potential by taking responsibility for their own development. Lynne supports individuals to step outside their comfort zone, as this is when the most effective learning happens.
Lynne’s expertise covers all aspects of Executive Coaching and Team Coaching – by co-creating a framework for each individual and team, she ensures that learning is supported with clear action plans.
Recent assignments have included:
Identifying ‘blockers’ preventing a C-level executive from being their most effective
Promotion to the senior leadership team
Entrepreneurs embarking on their next business initiative
Addressing cross-cultural and diversity challenges
Career transition from specialist to management role
Building a more effective leadership team aligned around purpose
Lynne provides Business Mentoring and is often asked for this type of support. There is a distinction between mentoring and coaching – whilst mentoring offers advice and guidance, coaching is a framework for the client to develop their own solutions. Mentoring can be incorporated as part of all the coaching programmes offered.
