EXECUTIVE 1-to-1 COACHING

All programmes are tailored to an individual’s requirements and consists of the following elements:

Preparatory Phase:

  • Chemistry meeting

  • Outcomes and objective session (with the organisation’s sponsor, if being sponsored by an organisation)

  • Stakeholder input as required

Coaching Sessions:

  • Face-to-face or video coaching sessions (recommended one and a half hours). The number of sessions will vary depending on the clients requirements - usually 6 sessions within a three to six-month period

Reviews:

  • Mid programme check-point to review progress

  • End-of programme review (with sponsor, if applicable) and ongoing action plan

The programme can also include: email and phone call support, 360 reviews, psychometric testing and attending Board/Executive Committee as an observer.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

In order for a business to grow in today’s connected environment, there is a need for a business to develop their people to build more collaborative working cultures where everyone can thrive.

As all of our clients have different cultures, we work with them to assess what is needed to develop leaders in their organisation to build a more conscious, human centred workplace and propose practical solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.

As part of an overall development plan, with Human 4 our partner, we offer programmes that support the creation of a coaching culture, along with the required leadership skills. Examples of topics covered are: influencing, team development, building resilience, change management.

These can be offered in a variety of formats: immersive workshops, breakfast or lunch discussions, webinars or podcasts, and drop-in coaching clinics

In addition, as part of a coaching programme, we can include a step process to help leaders become more coaching-led in their leadership style.
